I have a set of 1,2,3,5,and 10 cent stamps dated to 1904 commemorating the Louisiana Purchase. They are in excellent condition and are still sealed in the folder I received them in. I will sell them to the person with the first legitimate offer received. I am willing to send them to the potential buyer for a review before payment is processed.
