I would like a First Day Cover that costs 3.65 EURO from the Belgium Post Office website and I just found out that they do not do deliveries to Canada. The site is in French and it says “Livraison exclusivement en Belgique.” Anyway, is there anyone here from Belgium who would be willing to get it for me in exchange for a Canadian First Day Cover, souvenir sheet, stamp issues, etc that is currently sold in Canada Post?
