Looking for someone working on cross ref listings in order to exchange. Currently I'm working on crossref lists for France - Yvert vs Michel vs AFA other countries Scandinavian and North Atlantic countries, Iceland, British channel islands also of interest. There used to be a service out there on the web "Phildex" is there anyone knowing where to find this software?
