I've been a collector for well over 20 years, but have been neglecting to keep up to date since the new millenium set in.
I'd like to fill the gaps in my used commemorative stamp collection and help you to fill the gaps in yours. I have a few stamps missing from every year from 1989 up to 1999. Loads missing from 2000 to 2002; then need most stamps from 2003 to date. In return I can offer a good range (100s) covering all years 1960s to 1999. Wants list welcome (I'll send you mine!). Come on, lets fill those gaps. Would like to exchange up to 50 stamps at a time if possible.
