Price of exchanged stamps is based on exchange rate of Bank of China on
Dec.12 which is attached below. It will be adjusted according to
exchange rate of the first day of the month of Bank of China.
3. For currencies that are not listed, please contact me directly through email.
4. Minimum USD100 and maximum 5 identical sets for each exchange
5. Send stamps through registered mail with commemorative stamps
6. Exchange used telephone card, bank card, stamps, ciga package, brand new bank note & coin
